Engaged by a regional development partner to assess financing mechanisms for urban infrastructure projects across West African states, we produced a policy insight report examining fiscal frameworks, development bank instruments, PPP feasibility, and blended finance structures. The research informed donor strategy and has been referenced in subsequent government budget consultations.

Commissioned to develop a comprehensive Bus Rapid Transit strategy for a major West African city, our team conducted passenger demand modelling, corridor analysis, and stakeholder consultation across multiple tiers of government. The engagement delivered a phased implementation roadmap, regulatory recommendations, and an investment case structured for development finance consideration. The strategy has since shaped the client's formal transport masterplan and positioned the city for multilateral infrastructure funding.
