‘Segun Adekoya is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) of the globally acclaimed Project Management Institute (PMI), he holds a bachelors degree in Geography and Regional Planning, an MBA from the University of Port Harcourt and a Masters in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa. He has over 15 years’ experience in the field of Banking, Security and Information Technology, Human Capital Development, and Consulting. He provides strategic business and management consulting for top flight organisations. He is a Director of Bolps System and Technologies Ltd, a strong player in the field of security and IT systems integration and management. He has worked with top flight organisations to provide global best standard consultancy services in project management, project finance, manpower development and training.

Segun has delivered project management training across the African continent as part of the resource team for ProjectmanagementCoZa, a top project management training and research organisation based in Cape Town, South Africa. He has delivered project management training to top executives and upwardly mobile professionals in Mozambique, South Africa, Ghana and Nigeria. He had previously worked with Continental Trust Bank (now UBA Plc) gaining valuable and rich experience in virtually all aspects of banking and financial intermediation.

He has successfully led and manage project teams in the private sector, and as a consultant to the public sector. He led a team that conducted the research that led to the project design and planning for two modern ferry terminals in Lagos State valued at over =N=35Billion Naira.

Lambert Ikechi Ofoegbu is a: World-Class Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) USA in year 2005; Certified Entrepreneur; Life Alumnus of Pan African University (Lagos Business School) by the virtues of Owner Manager Program (OMP4) and Business Mentor of Lagos Business School Alumni Association. With over 20 years of experience, Lambert had initiated and executed several infrastructure and socio-economic intervention projects including projects with Armed Forces & Police PTF and ‘The Arena Market’ a 3Billion Naira Project procured through Private-Public-Partnership. As Project Management consultant with Networking of Nigeria NGOs Lambert coordinated the Monitoring & Evaluation of South-West Geo-Political Zone of MDG projects in year 2005.

In year 2008, Lambert became the first Nigerian to be Trained/Certified by the Project Management Institute USA as an Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) Assessor and Consultant (Professional) using ‘OPM3 Product Suite’ as he has performed several assessment and improvement projects for many organizations thereby integrating Organizational Strategies with Portfolios, Programs and Projects in a consistent manner.

Lambert is also the first in Africa to be bestowed with Project Risk Management Professional Certification (PMI-RMP) by The Project Management Institute, USA; after a volunteer participation and passing the examination in PMI-RMP Cut Score Study (Philadelphia USA Nov. 2008). As a Project Risk Management Subject Matter Expert, He is part of the team that reviewed the exposure draft for the Project Risk Management Standard published by Project management Institute, USA amongst hands-on Formal Project Risk Management practice.

As a Pan-African Project Leader, Lambert strives to integrate and inform Project Management practitioners in Africa by propagating Project Management Best Practices using the media initiative of PMforesight (The Quarterly Magazine of Project Management Perspectives in Africa). He therefore attended the School of Media & Communications, Pan-African University in view of Certificate– Program in Media Enterprise (CME-8).

He is a Professional and Registered Town Planner (MNITP 1856; RTP 1735) and holds an MBA in Project Management Technology; a Post-Graduate Professional Diploma in Urban & Regional Planning; a PGD in Quantity Surveying and M.Sc. in Operations & Supply Chain Management (University of Liverpool, United Kingdom). He has been a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA since year 2001 and a Founder of Lagos Nigeria Chapter of the Project Management Institute in year 2005 when he became the first Vice President (Programs). Lambert is a Ph.D. scholar in Project Management researching on the Entrepreneurial Approach to Public Urban Development.

Currently, at the International arena of the Project Management Institute, USA, Lambert represents: the African Constituent in the current Advisory Group for Professional Services; the interest of EMEA-Nigeria in the Standards Committee Core Team for Organizational Project Management Maturity Model 3rd Edition and Marketing Lead in the Council of Risk Management Community of Practice.

At the local level of Project Management Institute, Nigeria Chapter, Lambert is the elected Vice President (Operations). In this position, he plays lead roles in setting high-level strategic objectives for PMI Nigeria, develop and implement chapter strategies and policies, as well as monitor and evaluate operational performance, to align departments to overall chapter governance and strategy.

Mr. Edgar is a practicing consultant in infrastructure finance, development and management, a member of the Board of trustee of The Bow Tie Club. He has professional banking experience spanning over 12 years, serving the last 8 years with Ecobank Nigeria Plc. where he was the pioneer Product Manager of Nigeria’s First Naira Credit Card” and left Ecobank as Regional Head, Transaction Banking Group (Apapa Region).

Mr. Edgar holds a Master’s degree in Development Finance (MDevf) at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, Cape Town (South Africa). He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Advance Management Programme – AMP 23). He is a Professional Member of the Cranfield Management Association (The Alumni body of Cranfield School of Management UK). He holds an MBA (Accounting & Finance) from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan.

Ernest is widely travelled, and brings with him a lot practical coaching and professional experience in diverse fields of management. He is also a Director at Bolps System and Technologies Limited.
